Summer Night Lights was launched in 2010 by the City of Jacksonville with the primary goal of reducing the crime rates in at-risk communities. SNL gives Jump4Jax the opportunity to show up and show out at 3 different park locations this month and impact the at-risk youth by introducing them to new high-energy activities.

We kicked off the summer last Friday at C.T. Brown Park located on Moncrief Rd. The students at C.T. Brown were excited as they learned to jump double-dutch for the first time. They encouraged their friends to stay focused as they competed for new jump ropes and even requested that we teach them how to turn so that they could continue playing long after we were finished.
Summer Night Lights strikes at the heart of what Jump4Jax is all about and we are beyond excited and thankful for the chance to put our best foot forward for the best cause.
Catch us on 7/20 at C.T. Brown Park, 7/21 & 7/28 at Emmett Reed Park and 7/27 at Cuba Hunter Park from 7-9 PM for free open ropes sessions open to all ages.
