Double-Dutch is a physical activity that helps to improve cardiovascular health, build stamina, coordination and balance. Our Jump4Jax classes are designed to help young jumpers learn jump rope skills while developing stronger character and leadership skills. Each jumper will learn double-dutch turning, entrances & exits, participate in double-dutch contests, and develop speed skills. Participants will learn to jump/turn in singles and in double teams to acquire synchronistic skills that can be leveraged in the community and in school as they learn teamwork, discipline and focus.
